Nankai ACSE(Association of Cross Strait Exchange) formerly called Nankai Taiwan Society, was an academic student association first founded by the post-graduate students of Institute of Taiwan Economy at Nankai University in May 2005, and was renamed in November 2008.

ACSE was formerly under the instruction of United Front Work Department of Nankai University and instructed by professors of Institute of Taiwan Economy at Nankai University, and now instructed by Youth League Committee and the Institute of Economics of the university.

The association has 7 departments including Planning, Public Relations, Propaganda, Academic, Officing, Consultant Groups and the Social Gathering Department, with a registration of about 100 members.

Meanwhile, we are committed to stronger cross-strait cultural exchanges by actively communicating with Taiwan-related organizations all over Tianjin. We wish to build up a better social atmosphere among cross-strait youth groups in order to promote cross-Strait exchanges and interactions in our power.
