On April 30, a school on-site observation meeting of emergency drill and treatment for epidemic prevention and control was held in Balitai Campus.

The emergency drill for epidemic prevention and control was held in Wenzhong Library. During the drill, the on-site personnel simulated how to treat fever in the library reading room and conducted an  inspection of some important places, such as the quarantine room. Vice-principal Jing Li, principal assistant Kai Qu as well as the heads of member units coordinating the school epidemic prevention and control work participated in the exercise and gave guidance on the spot.

On-site observation of emergency treatments was held in two spots, School of Foreign Languages and School of Life Sciences respectively, according to the college classification of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The personnel gave a presentation about the important prevention steps such as building access, resources storage and tips for emergency prevention. Moreover, they introduced and illustrated the management of key places for prevention and control, such as the quarantine room and restrooms. The heads of member units coordinating the school epidemic prevention and control work, and the emergency staff of each college participated in the observation.

The purpose of this drill and observation is to help all units to further understand and master the epidemic prevention and control procedures by on-site exchanges, in order to ensure that the graduating students’comeback will work smoothly and to build a healthy line of defense for all the faculty and students.
