On August 26^th, Prof. CHEN Yulu was officially inaugurated as President of Nankai University. Before taking this position, he served as the Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China for seven years, and before that, he was the President of Beijing Foreign Studies University and Renmin University of China successively. As a professor of finance, President CHEN's research interests include international finance and financial policies.
