Nankai University Team Achieves World’s First Motor Function Restoration in Impaired Limbs via Interventional BCI
Recently, a research team led by Professor Duan Feng of Nankai University has successfully completed the world’s first clinical trial using an interventional brain-computer interface (BCI) to assist in the motor function restoration in a paralyzed limb. The breakthrough enabled a hemiplegic patient to regain mobility in the affected limb.

Joshua Zahl Joins Nankai University as Chair Professor
